All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Very friendly, happy and outgoing, like a good Lab should be, Finn was surely born to be a wonderful family dog and best friend. He is very sweet and pretty calm for a lab. Finn showed some anxiety with people and dogs going by his house so he needs some work and training to overcome his anxieties. He is crate trained and being a young dog may still chew if not supervised.

Finn can be selective about his dog friends so either a home with no other dogs or have him meet several times before adoption to make sure compatible.

He came in with his sister Fiona, Finn would do best with an active, outdoorsy family, as he is full of life.

Finn has a strong prey drive and  will require a physical fence for him to run and play.

Since Finn is young and strong only adopters with older considerate children 12 and over.
