When you're handsome and you know it, look in the mirror.  Hawkeye is one gorgeous dog, from his deep red coloring to his strong legs and chest. Gorgeous long ears fly like an airplane in the wind when he runs. Although he has come to our rescue very thin, we are working on getting good food into him and he is already filling out and becoming the sleek dog he was meant to be. Full of energy, life and fun, Hawkeye is always up for a good time. He would do best with an active person or family, as he is young and strong, and can trot beside you for miles and miles. He would be so happy to go camping, hiking, jogging, or even just long walks. This is one sturdy dog! His temperament is so good that you are going to enjoy taking him  places. He not only likes people, but other dogs, too. He is going to be your very best companion. If you are ready for adventures, so is Hawkeye!
