Learn more about the Beagle.

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Marshall is simply a great little beagle. He has all the characteristics that make beagles wonderful family dogs and best friends. Hi foster says of him "Marshall seems to love everyone and everything.  He is a fairly low-energy dog.  Pretty quiet most of the time although he does let out the occasional beagle song.  He is darling!!!" He has shown himself to be good with other dogs and has paid no attention at all to the cats he's met. He has the most joyful personality, always eager to meet new people and sniff new things. Taking him for a walk is the most fun, as he is entranced by everything along the way. Even in your backyard, he will sniff away at the grass, the bushes, even a new rock. Full of life and personality, Marshall will bring you smiles every day.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: Took him upstairs to visit neighbor with dog and cat.  He sniffed around.  Cat and him sniffed noses. Neither of them seemed to care.  So. Good with that cat.
