An older girl, Blondie hasn't had a lot of love or attention in her life and we think it's about time she did! This very sweet lady has been fed a diet of whatever was leftover from vending machines, giving poor Blondie a weight problem. She is now on a healthy diet and we hope she will soon attain her good weight of around 50 lbs. If you like senior dogs, Blondie is going to take all your expectations and go them one better. She has a loving, gentle, calm nature. Our huge hope for her is that someone will see her wonderful qualities and give her the love she has been denied for so long. She will be an ideal walking companion for slower, easy walks, where the two of you will quite literally stop and smell the roses. She will enjoy sitting next to you outdoors, watching the birds fly overhead and the sun move across the world. Watching TV with you, or just resting by your side will answer many of her dreams. She never wants to be any trouble. If you have a doggy door, she will use it and not even need to ask you to take her out. We hope you are reading this and saying to yourself, "That's my girl!"
