Red needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Red is quite small, at only 15 lbs., , but full of personality. A happy, outgoing dog, his foster describes him as..."People and dog friendly, good on a leash, and calm." What a great little dog. We can see him trotting along next to you when the two of you go out exploring for a walk. He will love every minute of it. Such a good temperament will make him a wonderful family dog and best friend. His size will make him easy to take anywhere you might like. His bright red coat will gleam in the sun when you are outside and burnish to a deep red when you are indoors. Your own personal "redhead!" In his case, he's a "redcoat"! While he doesn't speak with a British accent, he does talk with his eyes, and they are always full of love. If you have been looking for a small dog, you won't find a better one than Red.
