Lady is a real survivor. She was pulled by police for severe neglect and was so happy to be released from her horrible conditions. She could hardly wait to get into the police car where it was warm, and smelled so much better than where she had been imprisoned. Her joy in the simple things we have offered her has been overwhelming. A bowl of good, clean food is a treasure for her. A soft bed to lie on is an undreamed of luxury. A gentle hand petting her has her looking up at us with an "Is this for real?" in her eyes. She is a wonderful, grateful dog in every way. Her foster says of her "Lady does well with other dogs and cats.  She is crate trained and house trained.   Everyone that meets her falls in love with her!"   Her back story may be heartbreaking, but her future is full of light. We want to find her the very best home, where she will be loved and shown the life she has always deserved. Will you be her angel?
UPDATED NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER: She has done well with my cats too. She is the sweetest girl. She is housetrained and crate-trained. She will not get up on the furniture even if I try to coax her lol. She has done well with all of my 5 dogs and was very submissive when my big girl corrected her
