All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Here we have sweet, sweet Meg. Abandoned in the middle of winter, she managed to stay alive long enough to be found by kind people who soon discovered two things about her. First, that she was a very loving dog with a naturally good temperament. Second, that while she loved all people, she positively adored men! Still quite young, at only 2 years old, Meg is now fed and warm and awaiting you to take her home to be loved forever and ever. She would enjoy a fenced yard where she can play safely and not be led astray by her hound-given investigating nose. But most of all, she would be so happy to be appreciated for being such a good dog. A great best friend and family dog, we think she deserves the best! Think wonderful walks with her by your side, showing you all the interesting things out there that you used to miss. And her warm body curled next to you in the evening, after a great day. A life companion. 

Meg is good with other dogs and also cats.
