After being abandoned and found wandering all alone on a road, little Monty was taken to a shelter, but found it so overwhelming with the noise and the fear he smelled there that he just huddled in the corner and shook. The shelter decided he would be the first to go when they got too full, so he was set to be killed the very day we swooped in and saved him. Wow, that was close for this little guy. What a dear small boy. He is still amazed that he is now in a safe, quiet place with people who care about him. As the stress wears off, he is showing himself to be a nice dog, searching for his place in a very big world. He would love to play in your livingroom and go for walks. He would be so grateful for any small kindness from you, as he has known nothing like that up until now. You will get to show him a new world! Like most chihuahuas, he gets cold easily, so when you bring him home, there should be a nice sweater waiting for him, and love, lots of love.
