All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

. Manny is a dog who will make you laugh each and every day. He is all ready to bond with you and brighten all your days. His handler says "He is hilarious he has learned so much it is amazing."  He is an independent little thing, like a lot of terriers, and would best suit an older couple.  He won't be good for a family with young children, but teens would be fine as he doesn't like to be picked up much. He particularly does not like chickens, but he does tolerate and ignore the cats.  He has become very well trained and will do lots of tricks to keep you entertained. Why? He is a graduate of the famous cell dog program, where dogs are given intensive training for months under professional supervision so that they can become the very best family dogs possible. He learned to be house broken and has been taught many commands, both verbal and nonverbal. He has been crate trained, obedience trained and socialized. Graduates of this program are exceptional dogs in every way.  All in all he is adorable, very laid back, scruffy little guy and will do well in a older respectful home.
