All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Update from the foster: “I love this dog!” Wren is amazingly sweet, very affectionate once she warms up to you. She likes to give kisses and will lean up against you so you can rub her belly. I think she knows she’s been saved. She absolutely adores my 6 year old and doesn’t mind my little guy (terrible 2’s) so much! She also loves my dogs. She’s even been able to convince my senior girl to play with her. Wren is a great size, not too big to be in the way all the time or knock people over and not too small where you’re afraid of stepping on her. I’d love to see her go to a home with another playful dog! She’s an ideal candidate for a 2nd dog. What a great girl!!!!!!!

Wren, the sweet hound girl!  What a nice personality she has, and she'd love to meet all of your friends, your family, and your other dogs!  She's a social dog, very nice, and is just waiting for her forever family to claim her.  She will love you with everything she has, just wanting to be your best girl.  You have a ball that you like to throw??  GREAT!  A warm house, some toys, good food, a nice blanket... all things on Wren's wish list!  If you have those things, we think Wren may want to interview you!!

Wren will require a fenced-in yard.
