Login to Remember your Favorite Animals and Breeds!

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sweet little Diva, all she has ever wanted in life is to be loved. She was always a good girl, was housebroken, played with her tiny toys, and snuggled. Then came that terrible day when she was attacked by a large dog. In the end, she was paralyzed and we thought she would never walk again. But she did! Diva is a brave girl and she tried and tried, and then she could do it! She's wobbly, but she walks. There is damage to her spinal cord, so we want her to live a relatively quiet life now, so she can continue to walk and not reinjure herself. While she like kids, other dogs, and cats, we would like her to go to a home where there would be no chance of further injury, so no kids or any animal that might cause her harm, even through play. She is such a sweetheart, we want the best for her for the whole rest of her life. Here is what her foster says about Diva:

She is a total love bug. She gets along with other small dogs and cats but should not go to a home with young dogs or cats as she can't really play and in trying could reinjure her disc and become paralyzed again. No children at all an older person or couple is preferred but if a younger person understands the needs of this dog I would consider.
If you believe you are the right one to share the spirit of this loving, brave dog, please contact Claudia, listed below.
