Zoey's foster says "This is one fantastic dog...high energy, always ready to play, loves to stretch her legs and race around the yard with the simple joy of being alive." If you are an active person and like the outdoors, Zoey is the girl for you. She loves to go hiking and is especiallly intelligent, so training her for an agility sport would be so easy. She would be the top of her class in obendience training. She has wonderful recall and comes like a rocket when you call her to "come Zoey".  Her foster also believes she would be a great therapy dog if her needs for exercise were met also.  She likes to play with other dogs, is not a big barker at all, and is the type of dog who wants to bond tightly with her person or family. . When you are around, she will want to be near you. She is well house trained, a big plus in our book, and a huge fan of squeaky toys. She likes to hoard them, and will go all over the house, finding each and every one, pile them all up together, and then sit on them. It's going to make you laugh, we know, when she does that, because we always do. It's really endearing. If you are ready for a loving dog, full of life, get ready to have Zoey Shadow by your side for many years.
