All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Are you looking for a calm, laid back girl? How about one that's extra friendly? Greets everyone with a tail wag and a "happy to see you" look. Just a sweet, Southern lady, ready to be your good dog. That's Lana. Lana was made to be a best friend/family dog/walking partner. She likes to play and meet other dogs, so she would be an ideal companion dog. Her height is just right for head patting, which is great, because that is what you are going to want to do, each time she shows how much she loves you. And that will be often. Easy to love, a joy to have as your own...Lana!
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER: We both lost weight this week. She loves to walk! She is very loving, always wanting to be petted.
She is great with other dogs and cats, loves children.
She HAS to be walked everyday! She loves and needs exercise.
