All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Hansel is such a people dog! He is always SO happy to see you. In the prime of his life and hoping for a family of his own to love, he is very easy to love back. He has a friendly, balanced temperament that makes him fit into any situation. He likes children and loves to play with other dogs. If you are looking for a friend for a current dog, he could be a good choice. But there is so much more! If you are wanting a best friend,  he will be perfect. He is easy going and happy in his outlook on life. Just right for a companion. If you have a dog brush, you have his whole heart. He adores being brushed and will sigh with pleasure as he feels the brush run down his back. The best part in our view? He is also already house trained and has good house manners. As we said...easy to have, to hold, to love.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS CARETAKER: Hansel is a wonderful dog! He's fully housetrained and he doesn't have any interest in chewing furniture or shoes or anything. He doesn't need a crate, he can roam free in the house with absolutely no issues.He is a very loyal dog and we have bonded quickly, he stays right by my side. He LOVES to run at the dog park.  Oh, and one more thing... He exhibits no aggression.  No growling, no barking at anything.  And he loves belly rubs.  :)  he has only seen a cat and but not interacted with one.
