All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Hello, My Name is Boo Boo or Boo Buddy. I know I am handsome and have a great smile. That smile of mine had been hiding when I came to my foster Mom. My life wasn't filled with understanding or love. When I arrived I was terrified of everything. People had not been nice to me. Now, I love to smile, play, and eat Gingersnap cookies. I still have small bouts of fear when faced with blue uniforms, Ravens clothing ( sorry no offense intended), and boys ages 9 to 16 or so. I will need patience, and someone willing to laugh at my goofy antics when the puppy comes out.
Foster Mom notes: I so love his love of life. He turns all silly when you laugh- laughter brings out his joy more. He gives hugs to those he really trusts. He knows to sit for his treats, I love it when he sits right before he jumps up ever so gently to give me a hug. If you are interested in Boo Boo, please be prepared to visit a few times so he gets to know you. And if he barks at you when you give him cookies.. he is ASKING for more! His joy is contagious. His heart is ready to find his person now and love them forever and ever.
This is a loving dog that needs to know people are not going to hurt him. He's on the smaller side for being a purebred Pyr.. which he is. When he understands that he can trust you, an amazing thing will happen! You will see his heart burst into bloom and his bred in loyalty will be simply awesome. It could be that YOU are the one he is waiting for. He is a sweet, sweet young dog, looking for his place in the world.
