Taya needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.
About Taya | |
|
Taya is a happy, joyful, outgoing, playful pup. She was found wandering with her friend Starr, also on our site. Here is what her caregiver has to say about her:
"Friendly and playful with people and have been fine with other dogs as well as each other. They are just total sweetness."
Taya is a best friend waiting to happen. She is all ready to learn what you want her to know in order to be your perfect dog. She so wants to be a good girl! She should have a long and happy lifetime with you, going for walks, playing in the backyard, curling up near you each evening after a great day together. She is a young girl and very playful. She is curious about everything. She has had a bad case of "happy tail". Her poor tail was raw from wagging and hitting everything. She was so happy to be safe at long last. She has seemed to quiet down some and her tail is starting to mend. She was a perfect patient at the vet's and very much a lady. The vet commented that it was one of the easiest stitch takeouts that he has done, she was perfect. He said she is a very nice dog and would probably do extremely well in a house with children to play with. She is housebroken, does chew a little but think it is out of boredom, but nothing extraordinary. She appears to know a few commands. Taya also does fantastic riding in a car. She was hesitant getting in but she was perfect during her trips. Taya is still young and will need some training, especially on leash. Otherwise she is a very pretty happy girl.
