All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Small and loving, playful and fun, Nappy is hoping for a home where she can prance around the livingroom with her tiny toys , have some playtime in the backyard, and especially be able to snuggle up to her person. At only 4 years old, she is still quite  young for a chihuahua and should have a long life to love you back with all her heart. She is ok with people, but prefers not to share her bond with another dog, so Nappy should probably be an only dog.  Perky , happy, and with all her shots, Nappy is ready to go!

A very special wish from Nappy's foster mom:    She is very timid around new people and takes time to get to know them.  Since being with me she has learned to trust me, and is such a loveable lady. She is getting better every day but new people still scare her.  She's a cuddler and loves to retrieve her ducky.  She's trained to use puppy pads and walk like a champ on a leash. My wish for her is to be in a home with one person that doesn't have a lot of daily traffic.  It would be best to have no children that could scare her as well-and if they visit, let her retreat to some place safe. My wish is for her to feel safe, secure, and loved!
