All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Small and absolutely adorable, Dixie Chic is fuzzy, pettable, and playful. With a naturally sweet temperament, little Dixie loves the whole world, including people of all sizes, other dogs, even cats. Her foster thinks she is nearly perfect. She says..." Dixie wants to be by your side - a perfect little lap dog or cuddle chair buddy." She doesn' tlike to be crated, but other than that, this girl will steal your heart in seconds. Just the perfect size at only 15 lbs. , she is all ready to sit next to you and give you her whole heart. At only about a year old, she should have her whole life ahead of her to be your best friend.
