All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Meet Tater!  He is not your typical hound- he does not bark and does not jump on you. He is super friendly and outgoing. Does well with other dogs and kids, and is curious about cats. We have transport options available all over the country and would love to help with this boy. As far as vetting goes-  He has had dhlpp and wormer- has been neutered and had rabies and HW negative. When you pass by his kennel he reaches through with his paw and tries to pull you in close to him. Tater is a very mellow boy and loves the staff and volunteers.  We would all love to see to it that this boy get a home. Tater has a nice personality and ‘care-free’ disposition and will make some lucky family a great dog.
