Ruth needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

So small, so sweet, but found abandoned and left to fend for themselves at not even a year old, Ruth and her friend Babe, also on our site for adoption, were hungry  and frightened when we found them. Discarded by uncaring persons, they are looking for love and someone who will value them for the really nice dogs that they are. They like other dogs and will play well with them. They both have a very sweet natural temperament and are going to make ourstanding family dogs and best friends. It seems as if someone, somewhere in their short past has worked with them, so they already have some nice dog manners. We know you can't really tell size from our picture, but these dogs are quite small. Think about the size of a  dachshund on longer legs. They have in their wonderful mutt mix some breed that is very small. We have no clue. You are welcome to adopt either one, or both together. They are friends, and probably littermates, but they will be fine separated. If you want a pair of small dogs, that will be fine, too. You will have an instant pair that you know get along very well. Both these dogs have real potential to be ideal family dogs.
