Hamlet needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: Hamlet is a one-year old Mountain Cur/Plott Hound/Lab Mix. In other words a big, goofy mutt. He is incredibly sweet and still very puppylike. He gets along with other dogs and cats and has tons of energy and love. He doesn’t realize how big and uncoordinated he is so might not be good with little kids (although he’d love them). . He is good with our dogs and cats, is housebroken and crate trained. He’s very loving and loyal. Our biggest problem w him is that he goes after our goats. He is not a good farm dog. He is growing fast and really needs a permanent home with someone who wants a giant goofball. He’s fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and ready to cover you in kisses.
