Luna needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

If you like your dogs big, and with a real presence, you are going to love Luna. at 90 lbs. and only 3 years old, she has learned the art of being a great dog really well. She comes from a family with children, other dogs, and cats. She does well with all of them. She LOVES to play and will keep you , your friends, your kids occupied in the backyard for hours if you want her to. Wonderful news: She is already well house trained and even crate trained! Her foster says of her"Has lived w/a dog, cat and 2 children who are now 4 & 5 yrs old (She has lived with them since the children were 1 1/2 & a little over 2yrs old) She is very strong on a leash and gets very excited initially in meeting new dogs. She wants to play. Her current people want her to be able to run around and play in a fenced in yard which they do not have at their home. They've had her since she was 6wks old. When owners at work or not at home both dogs and the cat had free run of the house together." Big and beautiful, very soft to pet, Luna will be an ideal dog for an outdoor loving, active family. If you like hiking, camping, she will be right there by your side, enjoying every minute of it.
