All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

His foster says...Toby is an absolute doll.  He fits in nicely.  Gets along with all dogs no matter what size.  He wants to play with all the dogs he meets.  He is great going outside and come back in when called.   Nicely house trained. We set up his eating spot and he ate his food without bothering the other dogs.   We crated him last evening for bed and he went in his crate, not a peep, and he slept all night.  Perfect dog, not a peep.   He has not barked, or showed any aggression.  Of course, he does not like a group of people trying to put his harness on, but we put a collar on him without any issues. He is perfect.  This boy would make a fantastic companion for almost anyone but may enjoy being with someone with older children. No younger children.  A playful little guy and you would never guess he was older. He is active and happy, and playful, yet is also a good lap dog.    We love him.
