All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sam is such a beautiful dog! His silky, feathered coat is a dream to pet. He loves people and, in fact, wants to be with his people as much as possible. If you disappear, he worries that you might not be coming back. At so young an age, he already likes to snuggle up to his person on the couch, but also enjoys play and exercise during the day. If given the choice of a toy or a person, the human wins out every time. He is very person oriented. He has been fine with the dogs and cats he has met so far, and might even enjoy having a playmate in his new home. Probably a dog bigger than he is would work best. That shouldn't be difficult, as Sam is really a smaller dog. Sam is already housebroken! He has been good in the car, and is naturally a sweet temperament. We would like for him to have a fenced yard in which to play so he can be safe.
