Sammy needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Young, naturally sweet, and shy, Sammy is hoping for a home where he will be valued and loved for the first time in his life. He is not used to people being nice to him, having food in his bowl, or having a soft and warm place to sleep. He is SO grateful when you give him these things. He can only dream of a backyard of his own, someone to take him for walks, , and gentle hands stroking his long back. He is just now learning how good that feels from his foster. It's a whole new world for Sammy! And you could be part of it. How wonderful to be able to see him open to the world around him and find out all the great things that await him.
