All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Mia 's whole world revolves about being loved. If you want a dog to simply adore you, one who is ready for a quieter lifestyle, one who will enjoy calmer walks and sunsets, think about Mia. Her foster says "Mia is the sweetest little senior. Mia is house trained and good with other dogs. She is currently living with five dogs. She was a little nervous with cats but did not bother them. She loves to be close by you and when she hears the word dinner she is standing at your feet. She would be a great little senior lap dog to love all day long. She also likes to snuggle in bed at night!
