All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Here I am, just a baby in search of a place where someone will love me. I try always to be so good, so maybe you will notice and want me for your very own. I am happy, outgoing, and very loving. My foster says "Little Alfie is so little and nothing but sweetness.". I want to learn what you want me to know so I can hear "Good boy!" all the time. I know I will like playing in your backyard. And going for walks. Wait until you see me trot and gallop. People aways say "Oh, how cute, look at those ears flop up and down." I would like to make YOU smile, too. I am small for my breed and probably will not get over 20 lbs. So, I'm going to fit into that spot right next to you with no problems. That is, when I'm not playing with my toys or sniffing all the good smells. So, do you think you could love a little guy like me?

I like other doggies, but I'm pretty intense when I play, and that sometimes scares smaller or timid doggies even though I am a gentle boy who just wants to play. I have an appetite for squirrels (even though I haven't tried one...yet). I'm very athletic and can jump over 4 feet high, so you'll need a high fence to keep me contained. I'm really smart and need to be given things to do. I have lots of energy and need daily exercise. Take me home and I'll love you and your family forever!
