All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Great update from her foster: "Sandy is a charming, beautiful, loving pup. She just had her first birthday. Energetic and joyful she loves to go for long walks and does well on a leash. She loves to play and run with other dogs and then chill with her humans. She never met a canine that she didn’t adore and would be great with a dog that likes to play and cuddle. She can be a bit exuberant for older dogs who aren’t up for puppy love. While not too interested in cats she loves to chase birds and squirrels so shouldn’t be let off lead. She is crate trained at night so shouldn’t be crated for long periods during the day.
Very newest update: Energetic, smart and joyful she loves to go for long walks, play and run with other dogs and then chill with her humans. She tries hard to have her own way. She needs training and boundaries so experienced adopters who are patient and committed to training is a must. She never met a canine that she didn’t adore and would be great with a dog that likes to play and cuddle, but who is not too passive. She can be a too exuberant for older dogs who aren’t up for her energy level. Sandy is house trained and needs work on leash training. Give her love and she will adore you right back.
