All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sometimes life just isn't fair. I have a shepherd's legendary loyal heart and loved my person with every fiber in me. And then one day an ambulance came and took my person away. They say I will never see him again. I miss loving and watching over a special person so much. I don't want to eat, or play and keep looking down the street where he went, hoping and hoping. I have been such a good girl. I am well house trained, love people, have played my whole life with children, other dogs, even cats. I am grieving the loss of my person and am imagining another person coming along that I can once again love with all my heart. My food would taste good again, I could go for walks once more, life would once again be beautiful. I am older, quieter, slower than when I was a puppy, but I have learned very well how to love. I still have plenty of life to live. Maybe I could love YOU?
