All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Hanako is as sweet as she is beautiful.  She is housebroken and knows a few commands.  Even though she is a big girl, she is incredibly gentle.  She doesn't jump up on people, but she is under the impression that she is a lap dog.  She loves cuddling up on the sofa and helping her folks read or watch tv. Hanako walks well on the leash and loves car rides, especially rides to Micky D's. (cheeseburger, no onions, no pickles).  She rarely barks. In fact, the only time she makes any kind of noise is her play growl while wrestling with her doggy friends.  She loves to be brushed and is tolerant when having her nails clipped.  Her favorite thing is having her person rub her ears, inside and out. Hanako would be happiest living with another playful dog.  She's great with kids, but could also live in adult home, as long as she gets plenty of loving.  She would like lots of walks or a well fenced yard. I have fostered dogs for the last twenty years, and I can honestly say Hanako is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever lived with.
