All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Young, sweet and shy, Shiloh has barely had his first birthday and is hoping for a family to love him. He is ready to be a loyal, loving dog and wants very much to please people. Mostly, he wants to feel safe, something he has not yet known. He has met a cat and did fine with her, but since he has not been treated well, he waits a little when he meets people to make sure they are not going to hurt him. Once he is sure of that, his heart will beat all for you. Being a hound, he will do best in a physically fenced yard as, like all hounds, he likes to follow his nose. Perhaps you will be the one to take away his fears and see him blossom into the wonderful dog he was meant to be.

Shiloh's foster has stated that he really enjoys her other dogs, so a home with another dog will be best for this cutie!
