All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

``Toby is a great senior dog and takes about a week to settle in and get a routine. He is house trained and crate trained but really does not have to go in a crate when you are away. At night right now he prefers his own bed in a large crate but you do not have to close the door.  He loves people and other dogs. I would say children over 12 because he does not like a sudden grab or pick up.

 Toby is still getting through some skin issues but progressing very well. He requires a medicated bath 2-3 times a week and is still on meds.

 He is a sweet and loving little gentleman who is looking for someone who will love him back.
