Please Note: This animal is listed as a courtesy to another organization. Please be sure to contact the foster/caretaker for more information about her.

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

From Lexi's person: "Lexi is a love bug with all people. She likes to snuggle and sit on your foot. She doesn't like to be alone for too long because she loves her people. I can't give her the attention she needs any more. I live by myself and I will very soon have to be gone to work for 11 hours every day. Lexi can't go to doggy day care because she is afraid of/reactive to dogs and cats. She needs to be somewhere with people and no dogs or cats. I hope someone can help. She is very healthy, but I am afraid that if she goes to a shelter (especially in Prince George's County) that she would be anxious and unhappy and wouldn't live very long. Please foster or adopt this sweetie pie."
Lexi is currently in Greenbelt, MD.
