All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Aussi Joe has never known what it is like to be loved. He was brought in by Animal control with a broken leg and his owner said "just kill him". Sweet, sweet dog that he is, the staff couldn't bear that, so he has been fixed up and is now healing very well. A group of caring people fell in love with his personality and have raised money to pay for his operation. They can't say enough about how good he has been throughout his ordeal and how friendly and obedient he is. A dog in search of someone to love....if only there is someone out there to care for him back.
