Maltese Pearl needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Maltese Pearl is a fluffy purebred dog who spent her first two years in a puppy mill. Never knowing love, or even a soft human touch, she was shy of humans at first, but after being in rescue, she is finding out all the wonders of this great big world and she is loving every minute of it! Now, although still shy when first meeting someone new, she quickly warms up to them. Her soft fur, so wonderful to pet, is helping her to find out the joys of a human hand touching her with affection. She has discovered that it feels good! Still very young, this sweet dog looks forward to a long and healthy life with a person of her very own. Someone who will never hurt her again and will treasure her for being herself.
