All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Dixie may be a little older, but she is full of fun! She is sweet and well behaved, too. She likes both kids and other dogs. You might notice she is a bit chubby and could afford to lose a few pounds. We know just how she feels! It's nothing a little less in her bowl and some nice walks won't take care of. Good for everybody, those walks! This adorable little terrier is ready and waiting for a home where she will be loved for her happy spirit. Once she knows she is safe with you, she will open her heart like only a senior dog can and love you with every beat of her heart.
