All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Luann hasn't known many people who have loved her in her 13-14 years. When you pet her, she seems a little unsure at first - "Me? Are you petting me?" Very soon, she realizes how much she likes love and attention, and will close her eyes and lean into you, as if to say, "Thank you. Thank you for loving me back." She knows that a lot of people want a dog who can chase a ball and go for long runs. She'd like to play, but she doesn't really have the energy. She likes to sleep a lot, and enjoys taking in the sights on her pretty pink blanket. She promises not to be too much trouble. She's just hoping there's someone out there who could give her a little love and a chance to finally be part of a family at the end of her days.

A NOTE FROM HER CARETAKER: She is a sweetheart, and pretty vibrant for her age. Nice clean teeth. She still has a lot of life and love to give.
