All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Someone saw a pick up truck go up a dirt road and then flying out and gone. Ranger followed that truck as long as he could. His people were gone, and he had been abandoned in the cruelest possible way. Older, and in the cold, without food, he sat down, not knowing what to do next. We have him now and he is safe and warm, but what he misses most, what any loyal German shepherd needs in his life, is someone to love him. He is ready to once again be the good dog he has always been. He is so very sweet and loving. He wants to go for walks with you, play in your backyard, curl up next to you at the end of the day. He will gladly fit into most any home as long as you are kind to him....A gentle pat on the head and he will be yours with all his great heart...forever. We are going to help him along by getting him completely vetted and getting him all his shots for you. All you have to add is, you've got it, love.  Ranger will do more than his part. If you have ever known the adoration of a senior shepherd for his family, you will know exactly what we are talking about.

A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: He is good with other dogs and people. Doesn't even notice our cat. Loves to play with sticks and wants to play with everything. He is a really great dog. This is one very handsome and exceptional dog!!
