All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

GiGi is settling in nicely to her foster home. She is really sweet, but appears to be selective which 4 legged friends she wants to be with other than the 2 she has known since she got here.  She is still fantastic with my 2 dogs and my 2 cats, but may be selective what other newly introduced dogs she wants to get along with.  She has lots of wiggle room with that and will more than likely welcome new dogs in time.  She has been through a lot on seems to be good with change, but they have to be gradual changes.  She does not need a fenced in yard.  She does great on a leash and enjoys the yard, but prefers to be inside on her doggie bed, the carpet, or the floor.  She really has no interest in the couch or bed....
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER: GiGi is blind and diabetic.  She is perfect with everyone, is selective of the dogs she likes and tolerates cats.  She is perfect in every way, just blind (not that she acts like it) and needs insulin twice a day. She loves to go for walks and car rides.
