All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Still really a young dog, at only 2 years old, Bongo is also a very friendly dog and especially fond of children. This outgoing, happy combination will make him the ideal family dog. If you are looking for your newest family member, Bongo wants more than anything in the world to fill that spot and will love you with all his heart. He adores being around "his" people and will try to be the best boy he can be for you. He is a highly intelligent dog and will be able to learn SO much! He is great with other dogs, so if you already have another dog and are looking for a companion dog, Bongo is applying for the job. If you like a dog who wants to snuggle up and look into your face with those liquid spaniel eyes, Bongo will do that, too. Think about his head resting in your lap, and your hands petting his silky coat...and then come see him for yourself!

A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: He is the darn sweetest thing ever!!! Loves kids, just wants to be a part of the family! LOVES snuggles and riding in the car! He is mostly housebroken....VERY eager to please.... HATES to be away from the family...very clever!
