All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

A beautiful, young German shepherd, Izzy is a special girl. Very good with other dogs, she will make a fine only dog for you, or will also be a great companion dog to a current canine in your family. She has not had enough food in her young life so far, and we are filling her up with good groceries, so her gleaming coat will fill out, as will her sturdy shoulders. Her wonderful intelligence simply shines out from her bright eyes and she carries her loyal shepherd heart carefully, wiating to give it to her lifetime person. She is ready to bond with you. A very loving dog, and one that wants to please you, she will look up at you with those eyes trying to read there what you want her to do. There are just no limits on how good Izzy can be.

A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER: Learning basic commands well and can snuggle with the best of them. She wants to play with other dogs, but plays rough, so it might be best if she went as an only dog. She is very high energy, but Izzy is always full of kisses.
