All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Full of puppy happy energy, fluffy Claire wants to play! This friendly, outgoing girl loves everyone, wagging her tail so fast it's just a blur when she meets and greets you. People, kids, other dogs, they are all her friends from the first hello. Claire is the ideal family pet in the making. Bright and eager, she is ready to learn your family's ways and wants. Ready to go for walks with you, sit by your side at soccer matches, play with her toys, with you, with the kids. She wants to trot through life right there at your side. Definitely not a couch potato, she will be perfect for an active individual or family. She brings smiles wherever she goes and, amazingly, she smiles right back! If you are ready for happiness in a furry package, Claire is your new dog!

Due to Claire still being a puppy, she will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 6.  Also, Claire requires a fenced in yard.

SPECIAL NOTES FROM FOSTER:  Claire is the most confident, spunky puppy!!  She LOVES to play with toys and chew on her bones.  She is so fun to watch, she just makes everyone laugh.  She also loves other dogs.  She tears around the yard with her dog buddies.  I believe Claire would love to be in a home with another dog.  After she is done running around, she will curl up in your lap and take a nap.  She is crate trained, housetrained but still needs work with walking on a leash.  She is learning commands but should still have a basic obedience class.  Claire also likes cats.
