All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Beautiful, snow white Avalanche (Ava) is now and always has been a family dog. She has loved and guarded her family all her life, but now she needs a new family to love and to cherish. She does all the good things a wonderful dog should do...she is nicely housetrained, walks well on a leash, is happy in a fenced yard, likes and plays with other dogs, and adores children and people of all sizes and shapes. She will welcome your friends and neighbors with a wagging tail. While she is a bit older, it only means she is wiser. She is all ready to play in your yard, go for those walks like a lady, and give you her heart. She is already spayed for you and is totally up to date on all her shots. Imagne this friendly, happy, and we have to say it again...beautiful dog, as all yours. Her loyalty will leave you breathless!
A SPECIAL NOTE FROM HER FOSTER: Ava is senior and having some arthritis issues, just getting a little creaky in the legs sometimes. She does well with children. She is ok with male dogs, should probably not be placed with any females or a home with several dogs as she really likes all the attention.
