All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Bianca, a beautiful Calico/Maine Coon kitty found herself at a high kill shelter in NC with her 5 babies. She was frightened,
undernourished and her time was running out when RORR came to her rescue. Just before she was to come to Maryland, a lone orphan kitten was brought to the same shelter was and placed with her. Bianca, practically a baby herself, accepted this little one and she now is the mother of 6.
During the past few weeks, mother and babies have flourished in a foster home and Bianca is the most caring mom. She is very loving and watches over her kittens but does not mind if they are picked up and played with. She is very laid back, enjoys being petted and spoken to in a gentle voice and will purr and meow back.
