Login to Remember your Favorite Animals and Breeds!

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Dink is described by his fosteras "a jewel of a dog", and we think so, too. He is so eager to please you, listens very well, and if you have any kids. he will really turn on the charm. He loves kids and will be a big ham for them, romping and making silly leaps and pounces on a toy. He has such a sweet nature. When we got him, he came in with a female and his puppies. He loved those puppies and even took his turn grooming them gently, making sure his babies were clean and safe. Waht a dad! Well, no more dadhood on  the horizon for Dink, as we have had him neutered, but it tells you a lot about his personality. This wonderful dog is good with other dogs, cats, all people, kids. A super package for a family dog with an added bonus of complete vetting...all shots for you, too. Dink is ready to go and join your family. He is very young, so you should have many years of loyalty, trust, and love with our Dink.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER:

Dink arrived and is absolutely fantastic. I think Dink is going to be very easy to train.  He seems to be housebroken, is not food aggressive and he has only barked once.    He is definitely housebroken. He does not dart about, he generally stays right beside me when I let him out, we walk together from his run to the door.   He loves belly rubs and massages.   He will lay there and stretch out his legs so that you can rub his hind quarters.   He doesn't seem to be bothered at all by other dogs.  When we are out he totally ignores the other dogs on the other side of the fence.   He seems to come when called and then just gets right up there beside you or lays down waiting for the belly rubs.

He is a bit on the thin side with his ribs showing a little and the hind bones prevalent.   He eats good and does not seem to inhale but eats quickly. On the leash, he didn't seem to pull.  Dink is very
affectionate with me and pays a lot of attention to me and my husband. On walks
he will be close to me and even lean on me at times.
He is a rather small dog.  He seems to love people, both male and female.   When people meet him, he won't last long, he is a good size, friendly, and will make an excellent family dog.   He is not a jumper but did get a little more animated this morning when we were out.  We would like him to go to a dog savvy family or individual. A really great guy.
