Blake is such a sweet  guy, just looking for someone to love. So far, life has not been very good to him, but he is young and is still holding in his heart the hope that someone will love him as much as he would like to love them back. We believe he is housebroken, as his foster says he is very good about going outside for "business". She also tells us he is very happy to quietly chew on a bone or chew toy. Not at all a wild child, he is on the quieter side, although still likes to play once he feels safe. He loves to be with people and not shut away and is very happy to walk like a good boy on a leash. He just loves going for walks and finding all the new things to sniff and to see. He is one of those dogs who are very easy to love. You can really see it in his eyes, that "please pick me" look. His  medium size is going to give him the ability to fit into any family, and his loving temperament will seal the deal!
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER:  Blake is house trained, quiet, well mannered & handsome! He prefers being indoors unless accompanied outside. He loves women, but is also fine with men.   He would make the perfect companion for a woman who wants a low key sweet dog. He gets along with other dogs & enjoyed his outing to Petco for a new collar & some chews. While still initially shy with new people, he has more confidence now. He also now loves to hang out in the backyard with the other dogs. He's a wonderful sleeping companion too!
