Please Note: This animal is listed as a courtesy to another organization. Please be sure to contact the foster/caretaker for more information about him.

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

About Oso the Bear

Our blonde "bear" is a dog who could live on love. He adores people and could be petted and hugged all day and think he had made it to heaven. A quieter temperament makes him easy to have and to hold and his desire to please his people is just over the mooon. He would do anything to make you happy. He is well house broken, has good house manners, is leash trained, crate trained. He was abandoned by his family simply because he was getting older and they wanted "a newer model". His devotion is total, and he has had a lifetime to learn how to be a good dog. Because he was abandoned by his family, he worries a lot about someone else leving him on the roadside alone, so we are hoping he could go to a person or family who might be around a lot. Our good old Bear would reward you with his whole heart.
