Learn more about the Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler.
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

I WANT A BROTHER OR SISTER! I am the perfect playmate because cattle dogs can play for hours! I need a yard so I can run and smell. Please consider adding me to your family!
Bundy is ready to blossom in a real home where he has all those things he dreams of...a soft place to sleep, a bowl full of food, a gentle hand to let him know he is loved. His heart will simply overflow with gratitude and you will get such a good boy who will love you back with all his heart. He has a naturally loving and calm disposition, so he will fit right into your home. A nice smaller size, he would be perfect for any situation. Young enuogh to have many, many years in front of him to be your boy, he is totally vetted, with all his shots and neutered for you. All you need to add is yourself to make him into your best boy ever.
Note from his foster: Bundy is an awesome running partner. We did two miles, and when we got back home he was ready to play ball. He is a perfect companion for someone who enjoys hiking and running. He loves human companionship. Bundy loves to play with other dogs as well; he would make a great second dog in a home that needed to get their first dog some excercise. We have a 14 week old puppy, and he has been sweet and gentle with him, and they play and wrestle non-stop. This goes for children as well. He is gentle with them, and showers them with kisses.
He is low maintenance. With short hair, he doesn't require brushing or washing. He has the softest hair I have ever felt. He is doing well on a leash, and was house broken in a week. He is very intelligent. Once told "No" a few times, he has stopped climbing on people and chairs. He is jsut desperately looking for the love he did not get in his first year of life. I am not sure if he is 2 years old. He still has many puppy qualities, leading me to believe he may be just 1. He gets a little nervouse when people leave the hosue, because he has obviously experienced what it feels like to be abandoned. He will bark for a bit, but quiets down after a few minutes. We have crated him, to help him feel secure. He does not require a crate at night. He just likes to be in close proximity to his humans who he is JUST learning to trust. Want a loving dog? Bundy will fulfill your wishes!
