All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sweet little Woody was abandoned in the cold and sought shelter in a small rock cave. A good samaritan found him peeking out from under a rock. Now Woody is safe and warm, but looking for a person or family who won't abandon him ever again. He is really just a puppy, at only a year and a half old, and ready to give you all the love he has held in his heart. You will be able to show him what a soft bed feels like, and that he need not starve anymore. That food will be in his bowl, and there will be a gentle hand to pet him. You will be able to watch Woody blossom. Imagine his joy at playing with toys, and trotting around your backyard without fear. See him curled up on the couch next to you, or romping around the livingroom. He has his whole life in front of him to walk by your side and know that you were the one who came for him.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: A typical JRT, busy as all get out but very nice, gets along with other dogs but loves to be out and about.   Housebroken.
