All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Que has an interesting story.  His name derives from "Q" for "question mark" due to the fact that he came to RORR via an error in transport with our intended dog ending up in VA Beach SPCA. According to VA Beach SPCA, Que was not their dog either. So RORR believes that Que came to us for a reason.  Poor Que came to us very skinny with showing all of this ribs and hip bones. He is now putting on weight  If you want a playful dog, Que is it! If you want a couch buddy, Que is it!
His age is an estimate because even though his teeth are not in good shape (possibly due to poor nutrition), we think he is a younger dog since he looks and acts like a young dog and has lots of energy.  If you believe in fate, take a chance on Que !  This boy will not let you down. 
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER:

Que continues to make progress, spends more time with other people in the house and comes to greet people at the door sometimes. He runs to the front door when you say let's take a walk and loves to go now, still gets a little scared with loud noises but getting better every day.  He still pulls a little when we first start, but we are working on that. He is also getting better in the car with every outing. He is not as nervous and even sits or lays down in the back and looks out the windows. He has made great progress and wants a family that will give him time to warm up to them and love them forever. He would do best with a doggy friend his size or a little smaller to play. He loves to run and play in the yard.
